Return and Refund Policy

At You Are a Sunflower, we strive to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at heyyouareasunflower@gmail.com. To process a return, we require proof of damage, such as clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for products that are damaged or incorrect. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Proof of damage must be provided within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Returns will not be processed without prior approval.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how to return the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items that are not damaged or incorrect.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if a refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
